Microchip and Scanner Return and Refund Policy
- Returns will only be accepted within 90 days after date of purchase of product. All sales are final after 90 days.
- Only unopened and undamaged boxes of product will be eligible for refunds.
- Partial returns (for instance, one box from a two box order) will be refunded based on retail price of unreturned product NOT total order.
- Customer is responsible for the postage to return the product to AKC CAR.
- Allow 2 to 4 weeks for refund after receipt and acceptance by AKC CAR of returned product.
